Phil Pemberton co-founded Pemberton Stewart with partner Aaron Stewart in 2007. Phil services a core group of clients, including tier-one investment banks, multi-billion AUM hedge funds and family offices. He has a track record of completing strategic senior mandates at C-suite level, global and regional head level. 

Claire is ACCA qualified and works as Head of Finance for Pemberton Stewart.

Claire has experience in a variety of finance roles. Prior to working with Pemberton Stewart, Claire’s roles included external audit, Internal Auditor for a FTSE 100 company and Management Accountant for a large Insurance company.

Nicki joined Pemberton Stewart in 2026 and is Head of Administration and Office Management. She oversees the day-to-day administration of the firm, ensuring processes run smoothly while supporting colleagues across the business.
With a strong background in administration and office leadership, Nicki is known for her proactive, organised, and approachable style, playing a key role in maintaining an efficient and positive working environment.

Andrew joined Pemberton Stewart in Hong Kong in 2009 to focus on building up the Global Markets business in into a market-leading practice Asia Pacific. He took over as CEO in 2019. Andrew began his career in Executive Search in 2005 in London having graduated with a BA in History from the University of Manchester.

Will is a Partner and part of the Global Markets business focusing on Fixed Income and Currencies across the US, Europe and APAC. Will joined Pemberton Stewart in Singapore in 2014. Will began his career in Search in 2006 working in London and Singapore.

Ana works in the Global Markets team focusing on Fixed Income & Currencies Sales mandates in continental Europe, UK & the Americas.

Before joining Pemberton Stewart, Ana worked in a boutique Executive Search firm in London and has had a previous career as a Fashion Designer. Ana has an MSc in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford.

Fraser works in the Global Markets team focusing on Fixed Income Trading, Sales & Structuring.

Before joining Pemberton Stewart, Fraser studied a degree in Oceanography at the University of Southampton.

Chang works in the Global Markets Team, focusing on Fixed Income Sales, Trading & Structuring in Greater China.

Prior to joining Pemberton Stewart, Chang worked for Huawei UK and a London Stock Exchange listed fintech company in London. BA in English Literature, MA in Applied Linguistics.

Aayush works in the Global Markets Team where he focuses on FIC across Sales, Trading and Structuring.

Before joining Pemberton Stewart, Aayush completed a Master of Science Degree in Financial Technology at The University of Gloucestershire achieving a Distinction.

Before joining Pemberton Stewart, George graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, with a degree in Business Administration.

Liv works in the Global Markets team in London, with a focus on Emerging Tech, Digital Assets, and AI within Corporate Investment Banking. Before joining Pemberton Stewart, she worked at a boutique firm in London completing Senior Portfolio Manager mandates for multi-strategy hedge funds in Europe and the US.

Prior to this, Liv ran and founded a FinTech company in Australia, providing ethical debt financing to small businesses. Liv completed her MBA at the University of Oxford, and her Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Melbourne.

Tom has led Pemberton Stewart’s Global Banking & Capital Markets Practice since 2009, focusing on senior level executive search appointments across EMEA, North America and APAC. Tom has a BA in History from the University of Leeds, and divides his time across London and New York.

Delilah is a senior consultant in the Global Banking & Capital Markets Practice. Her core focus is on senior appointments in the Leveraged Finance, Infrastructure and Securitized Product markets in the Americas and EMEA.

Prior to joining Pemberton Stewart she worked for Octopus Energy in Wellington, New Zealand. Delilah graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in English and Theatre.

William Brocklehurst runs the Global Commodities practice. He leads and executes senior front office searches for trading houses, financial institutions and industrials across Asia, Europe and the US. William joined Pemberton Stewart in Asia and has been integral in establishing the firm as the commodities search leader for the region, while managing our Singapore office.

Thomas looks after the European arm of the Global Commodities team. Prior to this, Thomas worked in the Global Markets Team at Pemberton Stewart for a year and graduated in Nottingham with a degree in Business Management & Marketing.
